Rampling Consulting is a service based on experience, knowledge, qualifications and understanding about business, and we want to get to know about your business, to build it, grow it and improve it.

Peter Rampling holds a PhD in Corporate Governance and Executive Remuneration from Southern Cross University in Australia (SCU) 2015. He holds a Master of Economics from the University of New England Armidale NSW (UNE) 2007, a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England Armidale NSW (UNE) 2004, a CERT IV in New Small Business from the National College of Business Management (Australia) 2016 and a Certificate in Accounting from TAFE NSW 1982. He has a keen interest in writing and research. His passion is corporate governance and how business organisations have evolved from the most simplistic forms to the most complex ever corporate entities in the 21st Century. He considers frequently about the fundamental required shifts from pure agency to the more complex stakeholder theory, and how CEO's and executive directors can be incentivised more to facilitate such a shift to a new and more appropriate mindset. Also, deep thought of CSR and ethical investment and does it enhance or restrict both debt and equity investment in business? Also considered, how can government and central banks be coerced or persuaded to move away from Keynesian policies of the 1930's to fully integrated global dynamic growth and networking in the 21st century. He is currently a supervisor of MBR students at Excelsia College, Macquarie Park Sydney, NSW. He is a regular contributor to articles, book chapters and peer reviewed publications on Research Gate, and in the Business and Economic Research Journal, Asian Review of Accounting Journal and has attended past Corporate Governance Conferences in Birmingham (UK), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Sydney (Australia). And additionally, he has vast experience in the private sector in business, accounting, taxation, business consulting and entrepreneurship.

Our fee structures are all inclusive, so unlike some other professions we dont charge in 6 minute increments, for every phone call and for every email.
